FRANCESCO AMENDOLITO
He was born in Bari in 1964.
Lawyer and Labor Consultant, registered with the Bari Bar since July 9, 1992, attorney in Cassation and before the Higher Courts since 2009. Full Professor of Labor Law and Trade Union Relations at the Faculty of Economics of the L.U.M. of Bari. Founder and senior partner of Studio Amendolito & Associati, he is legal consultant, in particular for the management of human resources and for trade union relations, of the companies of the FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group (now Stellantis) since 1993 as well as of various industrial companies of primary national and international importance, especially in the automotive, logistics and tertiary and manufacturing sectors. He practices his professional activity in the branch of labor law, trade union law and social security law, with experience in the field of industrial relations, trade union and personnel management. He has had positions as external manager of the Legal Department and / or coordinator for legal affairs in several Italian industrial and commercial companies. Since 2000 he has held and holds positions of HR Fractional Manager for important Italian companies (support to companies and management in the enhancement of human capital, management and organization of personnel). Since November 2018 he has been President of the AIDP Italian Association for Personnel Management – Puglia Regional Group. He is a member of the Management Office of AGI – Italian Labor Lawyers and Scientific Director of the MaHRM Master in Human Resources Management of the School of Management at the L.U.M. from Bari.
He has received numerous professional awards and prizes: recently on 20 July 2021, in Rome, he was awarded at the Legal Community Awards as the best Lawyer of the year in Labor Law; on 8 July 2021, in Milan at Piazza Affari, he was awarded at Le Fonti Awards 2021 as the best Lawyer of the Year in Strategic Consulting.
